This planner pack will help you plan your day in the most cycle friendly way possible. These planner pages include: standard and customizable pages for your convenience.
 
Daily Planner (Standard):
These pages are labeled by the menstrual phase, they also have each hour of the day labeled. Finally, they contain a brief description of the phase that is represented in the middle left part of the page. All pages also have a space in the top right corner for your priorities and a space at the bottom left corner of the page for any additional notes.
 
Daily Planner Pages (Time Unlabeled):
This page is the same as the first in every way, except the hourly times. This is left empty for you to customize to your lifestyle.
 
Daily Planner Pages (Time and MCA Unlabeled):
This page is the most customizable with the times and phase description left blank.
