Weekly planner pages labeled:
These pages are labeled with each menstrual phase name. A space is provided to place the date of the week. Within each square is a space to write your cycle date(C.D.) and the day of the week. There is also a brief acrostic which describes the general feel of that week.
 
Weekly Planner page unlabeled:
This page is very similar with a few key differences including space to put the cycle phase instead of having it already labeled, the days of the week have already been filled in. The acrostic has also been removed in favor of space for you to fill in your notes. This page is designed for cycles that are less predictable than others.
